Many are doubting Thomas and will not believe until they see results and for that reason we have compiled the picture of those that have used the waist trainer and worked perfectly for them. They are listed below:
DeVonda said she wears it throughout the day when at work, so that’s about 40 hours a week. She has used it for five months. She also tightens it whenever she is able to snap it without sucking in, so approximately every other week.
Marisa said she has worn cincher for a couple years, but didn’t get serious about waist training till about 4 months ago. She wears the corset for 8-16 hours a day, including sleeping in one 4 nights a week. Her ultimate goal is a 23 inch waist.
Jessica said she started off training only 4 hours a day for the first month. And now in the past couple months she has also been sleeping in her corset. It took about two months before she could really see some changes in her body. She has been using it for three and half months.
Bree has been using for six month and said “I’m not a die-hard waist trainer, but working a computer job it’s helped me keep a correct posture during the days. I’ve actually put on 15 pounds since I started and am lacing tighter than I could before I began, and have maintained the same measurements that I had before I started. I’m fairly well hooked!
Blair is already addicted to using the corsets as she has been using for two whole years. She said “I’ve lost about 8″ uncorseted and have used 3 different size corsets. I am now in an 18″ corset! I love wearing it because it makes my waist shrink, it really good and works well!”
Model Penny Brown’s results are rather jaw-dropping, because she achieved dramatic results in just three months. Before deciding to corset train, Penny had a brief period of rapid weight gain due to stress. She had a natural waist of 38 inches but with a combination of exercise and waist training 23 hours a day, she lost all her stress weight and her natural waist was reduced to 26 inches, losing 12 inches.
Miranda Rights is an active waist trainer and tight-lacer. She started wearing corsets in late 2012 and waist training in the early of 2013 when her natural waist was 32 inches then. She was not that serious with her corset training the first year but after achieving a little result a year after which was between 29-31inches, despite significant weight loss, she got serious. In the early 2014, Miranda became gradually dedicated to waist training. She was maintaining a natural waist of around 25 inches by January 2015 and by March 2016; she has achieved a natural waist of 23 inches.
Stephanie has used for two years. She said “I wear my corset 4-5 times a week since it gets pretty hot in LA (for about at least 8 hrs). I’ve seen significant change in my back; I’ve lost weight and I’ve had some loose skin in my back area that has smoothed out. My waist also has a more hourglass shape.”
